A continuation of my previous queen of hearts work. Next I need to work on spades and clubs.

The clockwork background was a pain to do. @.@ At least I learned a few new techniques for drawing cogs.

The diamonds of the cogs are the teeth and I used these to symbolize wealth.

 

For those who visit my deviantart gallery, you will notice that theres two versions. The first version I don't like anymore, I was trying for a completely golden scene. In the end I think the purple contrast actually adds a lot more to the picture.
